Owners live abroad or in the adjoining, separate house when in Portugal. Owners do not use the swimming pool or the terrace when guests are staying so there is no sharing of facilities. Owners respond to guests’ messages promptly. In Owners’ absence, house is looked after by a local couple whose contact details will be provided shortly before guests’ check-in. All bookings are subject to Owners’ Terms and Conditions a copy of which is available on request.
